    My goodness. That is wrong on so many levels. First of all, the ONLY legends that breed are Manaphy and Phione. Second, the movies have NOTHING AT ALL to do with the games.

    It is. If you're gonna say "It has genders!", Heatran does, and that's a legendary. And if Phione isn't a legendary, why would it be co-partnered with Manaphy in the event movie? Also, If a direct decsendant of a legendary is NOT a legendary, that would be a GIGANTIC continuity error on Nintendo's part and possibly could have made Gen 4 a total dud.
