    It will be an event pokemon released in Japanese events soon. People who attended the hoopa movie prescreening in Japan got one, but those aren't tradable online yet. Once the main Japanese event hits on the 18th, you'll be able to trade for one. Or you could wait for whenever they release the hoopa event outside of Japan (which might not happen for another couple months)
