    Confide - It just lowers Sp. Attack a little. And it's sound based so Soundproof blocks it out. Echoed Voice - Because Hyper Voice exists. That's all I need to say. Embargo. - Because Knock Off exists. Preventing a held item's usage isn't as good as removing it all together and dealing damage at the same time. All of these TMs are in Generation 6.

    For me it is Frustration. It's a move that almost never does a thing because your Pokémon get at least a little affection.

    Gen 1's TMs were pretty bad for the most part. Teleport, Whirlwind, Egg Bomb, Soft Boiled and Dream Eater were all terrible moves to have as TMs because the first two were practically useless and the last ones were only learnable by like one or two different pokemon families
