    Sadly, you are both wrong. The Pokemon that was banned was Excadrill. Sand Rush, plus immunity to Paralysis and Poison, the usual stop to sweepers, and packs an amazing moveset plus an accuracy raising move and access to two OHKO Moves. So, it's been banned from Smogon Ubers until Serperior's hidden ability came out, classing it to OU and Reducing Excadrill to OU.
