Question

Ok so i got an event magikarp off wonder trade that knows some weird moves other then splash, it knows Happy hour, a move that doubles prize money after battle and Celebrate a move that does nothing but congratulate u for some reason. Is this a special event pokemon? Or do u recieve it on your birthday or something?

    Yep. People who go to the hiroshima pokemon center store can download one of these magikarp to their game. These magikarp are special and break all the rules for events in the fact that you can claim as many as you want on one game, they can be traded over the GTS and wonder trade, and they have a chance of being shiny. Basically they encouraged players to trade out these magikarp.
