    Hmm... I don't know how to respond which is better because they're both pretty good (even though I never use them whatsoever). The popular moveset for MewtwoX is Adamant nature with Drain Punch/ Stone Edge/ Poison Jab/ Psycho Cut or Zen Heatbutt. MewtwoY Timid nature with Psystrike/ Ice Beam/ Shadow Ball/ Thunderbolt or Electro Ball (event only).
