Yep. Same as before. Beat the elite 4 again to respawn it. Then to to trackless forest when the minutes on your 3ds clock are between 20 and 40.

Was the time on the 3ds clock between 20 and 40? Like if landed there around 2:25, you would find entei, but if you landed at 2:45, you wouldn't. And you haven't changed your 3ds time or put the game in a different 3ds, have you? If the game thinks you are messing with the time, it will stop all of the rings from working for at least 24 hours
