    July 18th in Japan. Although, a select few people did get Hoopa on July 5th (they aren't tradable yet, though).

    Only Japan, since people will pick it up when they go to see the movie there. The event for the US or any other country probably won't start for another couple months (they still haven't announced dates yet, so who knows).
