Question

Does anyone have a better thought for my "competitive" Umbreon, because the one I plan on using is Impish, with leftovers, 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def and 4 in Defense. The moveset is Moonlight, Protect, Toxic and Heal Bell. Any help with this Pokemon?

    Why choose an impish nature if you plan investing on Sp.Def (I'm talking about EVs)?

    The popular one for battling is Careful nature 252 HP/ 252 SP.DEF/ 6 DEF with Curse/ Payback or Sucker Punch (HGSS tutor)/ Moonlight/ Confuse Ray.

    @ Super, Impish gives it slightly more mixed bulk. If you can, try to breed wish onto it to use instead of Moonlight. You also might want to throw in at least one attack, like Foul Play. having no attacks is fine but you get completely walled out by Steel types which are common and frequently switch in on pokemon likely to carry Toxic along with taunt users

    That's true, but I love some more bulk to my Pokemon, that's why the Impish nature. But I'll definately try to breed wish onto it and maybe have EV's like 252 HP, 145 Sp. Def, and 113 in Defense, just for more bulk into my physical defense. As for my attacks, I'll probably have Wish, Protect, Toxic and Foul Play. Again, any changes, just comment.
