No no no no whyyy???!!! I just hatch a ★mudkip b/c i had a few extra eggs and i was excited until my cousin soft reset it on purpose! [The sad n mad feelings are mixed up] I love my dear cousin, but this proves he is a jerk. Oh what do i do...i have no idea...i guess i have to rehatch everything all of again...the pain in my heart...

    I could be wrong, but i thought that eggs kept their secret ID whether you soft-reset or not, due to the fact that everything is pre-determined once the egg was laid, thus making them still shiny. You probably still have it, but you would have to find the egg. At least that was what i heard with eggs
