Notice how it's like: Diancie Volcanion and Hoopa are revealed through hacking, everyone's excited. They're confirmed, still excited. They aren't released, no one cares anymore. Diancie's released, everyone's excited for the other two. They don't come out, no one cares anymore. Hoopa's released, everyone's all like Hoopa! Hoopa!
