    It has a very low drop rate. 12%. You could try the twilight of the gods quest. But that onr might be a little to brutal imo

    Reason why he's Steve is Yuri's fault, lol. When people wanted the english name for Seregios, Yuri jokingly referred to him as "Steve", and it has stuck since then.
