    Hello Rachel :D ma'am just throw in a legendary pokemon in the gts and ask for a hoopa. Rachel I have a hoopa myself spoiler alert :D ok rachel here's my strategy I traded a shiny vespiquen for a hoopa. Vespiquen is the rarest shiny ever to get so ask anyone for a shiny vespiquen then once you get it put in the gts asking for a Hoopa :D this will work :)

    Rachel hoopa is now available in the gts so you can search for any offers the hoopa owners ask for if that doesn't work ask anyone on miiverse who does have a hoopa (a legit one cuz mine is legit) most people ask for mew manaphy meloetta and genesect in the gts. So ask anyone if they have a hoopa then you can intrigue them with your godly pokemon good night let me know when you get hoopa ;) Night!
