I am angry with Miiverse right now. I got a warning on my post where I compared Hoopa to an addictive substance in order to back my point about how people are taking this Hoopa thing too far by selling their dignity and/or a sum of their Pokémon for a collection of coding that may not even be legit. The name of said substance was recognized in the word bar and that should mean it's okay to use.

    Yeah, I saw that. Good comparison, BTW. But I think mentioning any illegal substance on Miiverse would get auto erased because Nintendo's bot admins don't grasp the reality that kids are far less innocent nowadays.

    I read the entire Miiverse Code of Conduct and it stated you cannot say anything that will PROMOTE illegal activity. I did not promote it, I merely mentioned the name of an illegal addictive substance and even used in a negative connotation. I should not get in trouble for that!

    If the Miiverse Admins claim that my posts violate the Miiverse Code of Conduct they should either examine the situation more thoroughly before making the claim or give me a better defense than a "I did not violate the Miiverse Code of Conduct" button. People should be able to send a response message explaining their case. It is unfair that Miiverse users are so defenseless!

    Amen, bro. There needs to be an option to further explain your case. You after all could be false reported and those should take priority when countering a penalty.

    In some situations people blatantly break the rules and should get a strike or temporary ban for it. However, there are other times, like this one, where individuals are falsely accused and in those situations they need a better way of defending themselves than an "I Disagree" button!
