    I think it's the Japanese Event Hoopa his Giving away. I am guessing that someone just changed Hoopa's name to Japanese into English. It has a Wishing Ribbon, in a Cherish Ball, and met in 7/18/15.

    Not that much but i am keeping it, I don't use legendaries in battle spot. Only if I'm battling a friend and they want a legendary battle.

    Yes, he is dressed like the shop clerks but he's standing right at the wall outside the desk. Any Poké mart will do, just like getting diancie's megastone, you go to any Pokémon centre with the Pokémon needed for the item.

    The bottle works for 3 days each time you use it, and if its unbound and you want it to be confined again, you'll have to trade it to someone to reset it to confined and have them trade it back..
