    Lowers the Special Defense but raises the Special Attack. You look at the PKMN stats chart where it highlight in Red (means increase) and Blue (means decrease).

    It really comes down to what PKMN it is, a PKMN with Rash nature are popular in mixed attacker. In another words both physical and special attacks but lacks speed and watching out for opponent's special attacks.

    Rash is geared towards mixed attackers. It's not the optimal nature for Hoopa (along with Naive) unless you're using a mixed attacking Unbound form Hoopa.
