Where did Mr. Briney go? I'm in his house, but i can't find him. I beat Norman, so maybe he's somewhere else? Help? I need to get to dewford, but i can't use surf.

    I can't use surf, since i don't have any water pokemon or the dewford fishing rod. Do you know where i could get either a water type or a fishing rod?
