    To be more precise, If you go into any pokemart with hoopa in your party, the special items clerk will be standing outside the kiosk. Talk to him and he'll talk about how he got the prison bottle and then proceed to give it to you.

    when you get hoopa, go to a pokémart and talk to the clerk that isn't behind the desk. He will tell you a story then give you a 'prison bottle' use that on hoopa and BAM it's unbound for 3 days.
