All of this Hoopa talk is really starting to get on my nerves. First of all, it's practically impossible to get somebody to trade you one because it's so valuable, and second of all, I heard there's gonna be an event after the movie is out, so what's with the rush? Btw is the event out?

walk into any pokemart and a new npc will spawn near the counter. its a worker talk to him and he will give you the bottle
