    If you go to an Inkling in the plaza, there should be a button to order a piece of gear they are wearing. So if you see something you like in the plaza, just go to the inkling wearing it, and order! But beware, his prices can get pretty high. Usually 15,000-30,000 coins! BTW, spoiler alert!

    when u go to someone in the lobby you can order their gear that they r wearing. then he can order it but it cost some money. he can get it to u with in a couple of days

    he can also adds an extra slot to your gear if you give him a super sea snail, which you can get as a prize during splatfests
