Yeah like I said nothing in the manual's story mentioned why K.Rool is here or why he cares about this contest or what's with the part here where he gives you these six stopwatches, I'm still going with my theory that finding the Lost World was part 1 of the contest while the time trials are a sudden part 2 of it.
