    no it means that you need to get a very good high score to get in the top 30,000. in other words just get past 25,000 points in the lucario mega stage to place in the top 30,000

    When you look at your Ranking, it will have your high score on top and x(number)/y(number) on the bottom. The y number is the number of current participants. The x number is your current place, and needs to be less than 30,000 (1 through 29,999) for you to win this particular competition.
