Just a topic that's been confusing me for awhile: If you have the same sub ability as one of your main abilities, does that boost the effect of the ability, or hinder it? This has been bugging me for a while, and I can't seem to find a piece of advice that relates to this. Answers are apreciated.

    Having the same ability multiple times makes the ability stronger, but each additional 'copy' of the ability does less. For instance, if you have three Damage Ups, the first might give you +4 to damage, but the second only gives you +2, and the third +1. (not the actual numbers, but you get the idea.) Short version: yes, using multiples DOES increase the effect, but not as much as you'd think.
