    Try to phone Nintendo and tell them the problem. Taking into accouunt your New 3DS is in in warranty they'll fix it with no charge for you. Good luck!

    I see. It'll be nice though, but at least Nintendo has restocked many of the figures released in the past months, and the production of the new ones seems to be bigger.
