Just now, I tried using Swapnote (it's been a while) and apparently Spotpass has been disabled for it. I looked it up online, and because some people were using it incorrectly no one can use it anymore :( this may seem irrelevant to AN:NL buts it's not: the other effects of this enactment were the preventive measures to protect minors in "Miiverse" as well. Thus the reason for us not being allowe
