    Yes, but she makes up for it by having a shorter wait between dodges. You can dodge right up against The Imprisoned while he wiggles around like the worm he is, and you won't take damage if you keep dodging. Lana with the Book of Sorcery is the only competition in dodging speed.

    Press and hold your dodge button until your character's dodge finishes. They should start to run right after.
