Does anyone know at what level owner cafe do you get the mickey/donlde medal. Is anyone there I somebody to tell me how to get it if you already got I need help please:).

    I think you get those types of medals from having a café full of one theme, including things like the staff wearing that theme, having decor like shelves, wall accessories, etc. stuff like that. I could be wrong so don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure that's how you get medals! :)
