It absolutely disgusts me how much the Nintendo fanbase has now gotten more into "waifu" stuff. I miss the 2010ish days of Nintendo fans, or back when people didn't use the term "waifu".

    I only use it because "waifu" is pretty much the only term that works when referring not a character. Saying something like "my wife" or "my cartoon character love" doesn't sound right or fitting.
