Releasing MOTHER 1 before MOTHER 3 was actually a good idea. How many of you would buy this game next year, after you play MOTHER 3? 10% of everyone here?

    I would absolutely buy Mother 1 after Mother 3, but that's only because I'm a rabid fan. I think the order they put them in was best. Mother 2 first because it's more of a known quantity, less risky. Mother 1 next because, hey, it's ready to go. Mother 3 last? Because presumably they want to do their own localization, and that takes resources.

    Plus, why make one game without the other two? Or two games without the final one? It just makes enough sense that I'm expecting it by next E3.

    I kept saying the same thing. There's a hardcore mother fan base who would have bought it anyways but the casuals that come into the series through smash or word of mouth probably would have skipped over this.
