The only reason Miiverse administration is so strict is it was designed for kids. They will try to make it as kid friendly as possible. Sometimes the admins can be a bit weird, though. I honestly wish that Miiverse was targeted at a little older audience so it could be less strict. You just gotta be careful what you draw or say.
