I don't think most people cared to read the 41-50 part of the post, I find it hard to believe people have these first stage pokemon at level 41-50 taking your bagon when they evolve way before that. If you don't ask for them at 41-50 they will most likely be taken. If they are taken its on you for not reading the post through.
