    one word:destruction.i mean,really.why would you put a 30 POSTS A DAY RULE,when you already had a 5 minute rule,and say"to make waiting time less strict,we made a 30 posts a day rule."(note:thats not exactly what they said,but its verrry similar to that.)really?
