Question

I got banned on my 3ds account then restared it and it now says "Your use of miiverse is currently restricted because another user who accesses Miiverse using the same device as you violated the miiverse code of conduct"will i get unbanned for that or not?

    so like if you go on a 3ds and someone else gets a violation on a 3ds at the same time as you are on a 3ds then everyone on the planet using a 3ds at that time gets a violation

    I got banned because of false reporter's about two week's ago and still never got unbanned...
