    while playing the game you want to post, press the home button to pause and dont completely shut down the software. Go to miiverse and on the side of the post button when you first get to the community screen you could see where you paused the game, there when you post your said game can be found on the left next to the emotions. Click on that and you can post either screen of the paused game

    But this tactic cant be used for all game posts though, for example; In the Pokemon X community you cant post one because on the side of the post button, it says you cant get the picture. Same thing going for Pokemon ORAS
