Impressions

I actually don't see why we make fun of people who are fans of FNAF, MLP, anime, etc. There's a few bad eggs in every fandom, even here. But there are also those who willingly accept others' opinions. They aren't really different from us, when you think about it. And even so, we can be pretty hypocritical when it comes to that. This is all in my opinion. I just wanted to voice it.

    The thing is with fanbases, is that sadly enough the stereotypes usually are very true. Of course not everyone is the stereotype but since most are it's easy to make fun of an entire fanebase. Like look at most of the gen 1 fanbase, completely unaccepting of anything past gen 1. Heck, I even know people who don't play many games and still say "there are only 151 pokemon" they can't accept it.

    @Dark Star That's true of some fanbases, I suppose. I actually like all the Gens. I guess some stereotypes are true, but I don't see the fun in trolling them. @Darkstrike Uh…no. I'm saying that some of us can be pretty unacceoting of others' opinions at times.

    I believe in stereotypes, but unless you have already gained the respect of that person and are willing to have a good laugh... Then a comment that would be humorous would just be hurtful.

    @Gamngwfrnz I can understand that, but I still find it wrong to stereotype certain fanbases/people. But yeah. If you're good friends with that person, or gained their respect, I suppose it would be okay to poke fun at certain things.
