So they finally did it. Weird name, though. So, I've never played Earthbound, because I've been waiting for this. I'm sure it has little similarity to Pokémon.

    Pokémon took inspiration from Mother (EarthBound Beginnings) and Mother 2 (EarthBound) since APE helped work on the Pokémon games and changed their company name to Creatures.

    Gameplay wise there is no similarities except for both games being RPG's but there is similarities in other places
