    People who have depression tebd take it seriously. People who are parading about saying it like they win the lottery moat likely do not have it. It is not a cute label. It is a serious mental disorder,much like anxiety, which I have.

    Everyone goes through a depression at least once in their life. The problem is that this communitty has a different concept of depression. Many people here think that the depressed user is going to feel better by seeing strangers spamming posts about his/her depression and life instead of talking about it with his/her family, REAL friends, love, etc. And that was exactly what happenned yesterday.

    Not only depression, but many mental illnesses have become nothing more then labels or "quirks". I don't know EXACTLY how depression works, but I feel like I've come close to having borderline depression. I would never actually claim to have it without a professionals word though, because it's so much more complex than a simple self assessment.
