    Yeah you are. You can't do anything to the Dragon right now till you are higher leveled and have access to the other 5 Melodies.

    It's actually not about the melodies, but more so about your level. I think you gotta be level 25 before he will wake up but that will probably happen around the point when you have 5 melodies or so.
