I have a theory. Purple Man is the father of the child in FNAF4. He takes him to the diner when he knows he doesn't like it there. And when the animatronics are brought home, Purple man wants revenge for them killing his son, or making him insane. His soul is in the Marionette also, which is why he wasn't in FNAF4.
