Dear Tom, You should make miiverse less strict, alot of people are getting banned by the second

If you read most of the comments then why have you not listened to us? Stop the redesign. Miiverse is fine the way it is!

There are the pros and cons of this redesign, but I feel more towards the enthusiastic side than disappointed.

You see, Tom, this is one of the reasons that people hate Nintendo out there. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR FANS!!!

Like I stated in your last post regarding the update, Miiverse will slowly become barren as users feel more constricted. Even with the purpose that you all are stiving for with the new limitations to create a more game-centric enviroment, people will conserve their 30 comments, and you'll start to find that posts asking questions will go unanswered.

@Tom Why? I don't really understand why we can't keep the activity post. That ISN'T a community so when people post there and start a long comment there is no "on topic". It's just a post. The Youtube community should be able to talk about whatever they want. Youtube ISN'T even a game it's an app. The 30 posts a day is just plain out stupid people should be able to post however times they want.

Tom. Please understand that people will begin to think of Nintendo as a company that doesn't pay attention to their fans. People care THAT deeply about Miiverse. Miiverse came after many more gaming FAQ's (see what I did there?), so it became a ground for off-topic stuff. Take this into consideration...If many services exist, why make Miiverse from the start, anyways? Nintendo...stop the update.

How does talking to others prevent people from having fun??? I never once been bothered by it, nor do I know any who has.

This is the same EXACT thing Erika said in her announcement yesterday. -_- Tom really has no choice but to post what they tell him. I know from an inside source that Nintendo of American is against the idea of the redesign, but has to go through with it due to Nintendo of Japan having final say in everything. This redesign will surly push us who use Miiverse on a daily bases away.

That's practically Spoilers and the admins will ban us or pull down our helpful post and then deleteing the activity feed is another downgrade to miiverse some miiverse users like to report for no good reason so we move to the activity feed so we won't get annoyed.also by separating the drawing and organizing them by popularity give the least popular drawings no attention I think all posts should

I can vision it now, after the update everyone will speak in a single sentence about a level in a game, someone will reply and they never see each other again. awful cliche generic anime drawings filling up the drawing section. useless features people will hardly ever use. this is what nintendo thinks fun should be in miiverse...

Tom, if you're going to continue on with the 30 post/comment restriction, at least let us post in our Activity Feed without restrictions! If you're taking it away just because it seems pointless, then that isn't fair. After the update, due to the lack of posting to their Activity Feed, everyone will create alts to continue posting. Please, at least leave the Activity Feed at it's original state!

No matter what, your complaints, your cries, and your pleads. It's a truly futile effort.

And you know, no one will try to help anyone else in an attempt to conserve their 30 comments. Artists will only get a "Yeah!" For feedback rather than getting actual criticism, constructive or not. Communities will be practically barren with everyone making only a couple posts a day. Because who wants to burn their comments into accidentally starting a nice conversation?! OH THE HORROR

Tom, Tom, Tom. I'll tell you this. A large number of users on miiverse have said they'll leave after the update if it isn't something they can get used to, including myself. There are better ways to deal with off topic conversations than to limit our posts. And you know? No activity feed posts means more off topic posts and conversations in the regular comunities. Pretty redundant I must say.

heres a better idea guys! lets all stop using miiverse when they put the new design let it be a ghost town till they see that we dont like the update!

If off-topic posts, rp's, giveaways, etc. really caused this destruction of Miiverse due to lengthy threads, I don't see why a solution that limits the comments on a post to 30 (outside verified user's posts), rather than 30 comments overall can't be made. A little bit of a compromise could go a long way.

July 29th the day Nintendo anger it's fanbase because Waah you're not using Miiverse the way we want you to Waah, we're just gonna keep restricting what you can and can't say until your fed up with us and stop using Miiverse all together. because keeping what Miiverse what it originally was suppose to be is more important then keeping our fans happy. gee, thanks Nintendo.

If you're going to take away the ability to have conversations on here, then why don't you give us a new app that lets us talk to our friends about whatever we want whenever on our systems? Miiverse was the only place I could do that, but now that you're going to ruin it, my friends and I are going to another site that's less strict and actually fun!

Solutions: - Why not just CREATE an entire community devoted to off-topic roleplays and conversations? -Uninclude comments in the 30 post limit. 30 posts is OK, but comments aren't. Whaddya do if 31 people are asking for help? -The YouTube and Wii Fit U Communties are already off-topic enough, so those could be excluded from the 30-post

I should have known Nintendo wouldn't listen to us. Although this post/comment update no longer affects me anymore, It's an unfair advantage to popular users. Lesser known artists deserve a chance.

Well there are two sides to this, yes they,"Tom", does have a point, Miiverse was never made to be a place for big chat rooms, but thus we've made it just that, I don't like this redesign along with many of you, but we have to accept that we our selves are to blame for this, then again can we really blame ourselves, it was just commonsense that Miiverse was going to go in this direction.continue.

Well guys, i seems like old Rellmon has to show yall how to survive...First post on each others posts for notifications, then say if a person posts a comment on their own post... you respond on your response post and they read it and so forth and then they read/respond on their post...get it? That way no one uses up all the 30 comments in a day...Thats how you win on Miiverse!

Tom, hear our plea. Miiverse was never a place where people talked about games from the start. Add the Miiverse icon, and you only have the skeleton. Add the rules, and you have the muscle. Add the users, and you have the organs. Understand that Miiverse wasn't the first place where people sought guides. Just...stop disappointing the fans. You're doing just that, believe it or not.

Nintendo is a bunch of hypocrites. They have effectively spit on Iwata's grave by taking away what made things fun for us.
