    Equip your 2nd palico with a certain forte, the get at least one more with the same forte as a 2nd stringer so your leadership palico will change to that specific forte, and you only need to do it 10 times with each forte to get the award so you can test out which forte you like best

    You have to have a few with a the same forte in the 2nd stringer list so he/she can get the skills from it ex. 2 health palicos will give a better heal horn and your leadership palico's forte will change to healing as well

    You have to do a successful quest in order for it to work, or a fail just can't be a abandon

    For speed running just do the 1st quest in the caravan which is deliver a well done steak.
