i tried to use it, but it didnt work with mg direct tv box. But what makes me mad is how nintendo is shutting down everything! they not only shut down this, but most online wii games, including super smash bros brawl, and mario kart wii!

@haze they discontinued everything because of the servers its not their fault like the guys who make nintendo wifi connection have bankrupt so yeah if you can play mario kart wii that why.

I don't really use TVii all that much. I do however use my Nintendo Wii U Gamepad as a remote to control my TV however. I hope this doesn't effect my TV remote feature on my Wii U Gamepad too much. LoL

One thing that would make me happy if discontinued would be the miiverse admistrators because whenever I post something wrong they have to delete the post. When they delete the post I can't even say why are wrong because if you've ever looked, you would see that you can only write 4 things to them! Nintendo at least let me say something in my words to the administrarors.

Thank you i forgot that there was a thing called Tvii and i need more sd space so,bye something i never use.

It was neat being able to follow along with a tv program and see the reactions of other users with comments, polls, etc. However, it was a little clunky to use and find shows. I didnt use it much, but its sad to see something that has that kind of interactity with the community go. Maybe Nintendo can sell the feature to a 3rd party who is interested in maintaining it? That way it could be win-win.
