@Hero i wish we could translate those inscriptions, but i don't think Nintendo really intended it to be translatable since a the characters used are inconsistent or too few.. but the ones in LA fascinate me. especially with that "cave art" design. @Matthew bam, headcanon.

@Hero- Yeah, I don't think it's translatable. The Hyrule Historia mentions it, but it doesn't have it's own translation. Which is weird because it even has the Gerudo alphabet.

ive Always wanted to be able to read Hylian language. heh. Though i wondered aswell how they made it?

@lunch box the easiest form of Hylian that you can learn is probably the one from Twilight Princess. this one is from Ocarina of Time and it's not completely accurate and is used for Japanese translation. as for its creation, i assume the creators wanted to make their world truly unique.
