    once you reach high rank, eat a meal w/ the explorer skill. you need to have a particular combination. cant remember it right now but involves a drink i think. make sure your ingredient are as high as they will go. eat the meal w/ the explorer skill then take a high rank "hunt/cap" quest (cannot be a gathering quest). when you start in the region, you will be placed in the secret part of the zone.
