    I dunno why they put it where they did. The assembly either should have been the G-rank gathering hall, or the Diva should have been in the Elder Hall. Not enough people do arenas to even pay attention to her. And there are a few songs from Tri/3U that you unlock in late G rank. Ceadeus didn't make it in 4u, but at least his theme did.

    I've heard you can unlock the Ceadeus's theme there. I don't know which quest it is, but I think it's either the Locked Horns quest, or the Masters Quest. Besides, in terms of usefulness of the diva, you could technically argue the same thing about the arm wrestling in the Gathering Hall.
