    You have to complete all the amiibo challenges in order to do so. The inkling girl gives you the charger and the inkling boy gives you the roller.

    to get the hero roller you have to beat the final boss on one of the inking boy amiibo challenges. for the hero shooter you have to beat the final boss on one of the squid amiibo challenges

    The blaster is actually called the "Hero Shot". The others are the Hero Roller and Hero Charger.
