The same thing is in coffee though. (Caffeine) so it causes the same thing. And too much sugar gives you hyper disorders, sugar crashes, etc.

I know about what foods are bad and what aren't. but so many things are bad. (How do you avoid it?) Apple skins cause cancer they said... but later they are good for you? which is it? Do you know they use special beetles for "natural" food dye?
