    Three things: 1. Even if you LOVE your outfit it is not always the best because of the abilities every piece has. 2. Having the same ability more than once does not duplicates or triplicates it so just use it once. 3. Your cap has only one slot. You can go with the weird guy in the alley to add more. Hope this helps :)
