    press home when you have a something you want to share. And go to miiverse go to post in the top right corner there is a photo icon press it (opens to whatever you are playing and not all games allow screenshots)

    in the game find a pose or a great spot and than get in to miivers and than get to a comment or a posts and will your in the part your writing go to the top right and it shows you two screen shots of the top and bottom screen and chose one than after you pick one just post or comment and there you go.

    You need the NN3DS to take screenshots, older 3DS models can't. If you wanna know why, just ask :p @And people above, ask others if they have an NN3DS first instead of just saying...all that :o
