    You have to keep entering & exiting the Void until they spawn :P I had to do that for a few quests.

    Bionic is right. Also, if you've beaten the wolves already, go somewhere and sleep for them to come back again. This goes for all dark void monsters. leave and come back inside until you see the right enemy. The Dark Void will become empty after you've beaten all possible foes. then you just sleep and they'll all come back.
